MY SEMI-HOMEMADE OREO CUPCAKES

This is the first cupcakes that i've made. I love to spend a whole day find the perfect cupcakes recipe, get the ingredients, and then bake the cupcakes. But, the truth is finding the perfect cupcakes recipe is kind of hard. So i decided to give the Betty Crocker cake mix a try.

Top each cupcake with a half of Oreo cookies and i also aded Oreo creamy filling. 

Oreo Cupcakes
1 pack of Betty Crocker cake mix, Yellow

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line cupcake pan with baking cup.
Make cupcake batter and bake according to the package directions.

Vanilla Frosting
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3-5 Tablespoons milk

Beat the butter in a mixer until smooth.
Add vanilla and mix until combined.
Add the powdered sugar.
Add a Tablespoon of milk at a time and mix together until you achieve the consistency you like.

Filling

Vanilla frosting

Oreo (crush the Oreo)

Add the Oreo crumbs to the vanilla frosting.

mix until well combined. (You can add more Oreo crumbs if you like)

* You should double the vanilla frosting recipe to make sure you have enough frosting for the filling.
